With over 3,000 sq meters of flexible flat floor space, the arena can be configured in a variety of layouts including conferences for over 2,000 delegates, trade exhibitions, banquets, functions, sporting events, concerts and more.

The University of Kent was the perfect location for the Lambeth Conference. Hosted by the Archbishop of Canterbury and attended by over 1500 delegates and conference teams from around the world, who were accommodated on-site and fully catered for throughout the event.
The conference utilised the Kent Indoor Tennis and Events Arena and main sports hall for the plenary sessions, with a large exhibition set up, in the car park, adjacent to the Arena.
The conference really made the most of the space and facilities on site, delivering over 100 seminars and workshops in the seminar rooms and lecture theatres across campus.

The main arena is 70m by 37m and the foyer area is 19m x 12m.
If you need more space there are also three lecture and seminar rooms in Sibson Building of varying sizes available in the winter, spring and summer vacation months.
We have double en-suite B&B rooms available in Tyler Court and room only accommodation in Keynes College.
